meta-agl-bsp: Use pixman renderer on qemuarm/qemuarm64
Using GL-renderer on qemu without any acceleration support such as
kvm results pretty much higher cpu consumption. To avoid it, we'll
use pixman-renderer on qemuarm and qemuarn64.
