meta-oic: "Revert Rebase on iotivity maintenance branch for aarch64"
Hotfix for 1.1.1 is not needed anymore, since it was also updated upstream.

Since AGL updated to 1.2.0, so cleaning up should not change anything,
but if for some reason 1.1.1 is wanted, upstream reversion will be used.
