af-binder: Fix multithreading
Ensure activation of multithreaded handling
of requests.
Includes:
* bb5dd7a afb-proto-ws: Serialize incoming message
* e9c6530 jobs: Refactor event loop handling
* 48df1b4 jobs: Separate internal threads from others
* 2ff91c0 jobs: Remove conditionnal REMOVE_SYSTEMD_EVENT
