af-binder: Upgrade to binding v3
And also upgrade af-main to use new feature.
This new version brings the the following features:
* Dynamic api
* Event handler
* Automatic bounding to unknown api
* Improvement of subcalls
* Improvement of supervision
Bindings v2 are still supported but are
deprecated and will be removed in some future.
CAUTION: Bindings v1 and vdyn are removed.
