[jethro] Fix yocto bug in useradd calls
This fixes https://jira.automotivelinux.org/browse/SPEC-212 .
For jethro only, we provide a patched version of useradd*.bbclass.
This fixes the deadlock found in the CI builds.
Preference of this class is handled through
bblayers.conf (meta-agl first).
