Latest TI graphics completely redone its dependencies and preferences
to be aligned with upstream and use Mesa packages as proper providers
for GBM, EGL, GLES, etc. components. There's no more need for local
workarounds to adjust graphics settings.
Note: SGX is currently set in meta-ti-bsp to fall back to software
rendering and will be fixed later. Rogue in newer K3 devices is fully
functioning though.

Changes:
- Update machine template to point into new meta-ti-bsp layer in the
meta-ti repository, and update the dynamic layer directory name to
match.
- meta-ti currently does not have Weston 10.0.0 support, and testing
confirms it will not build against the currently provided version
of the SGX GPU driver, so disable using it for now.
- Even though the GPU driver is not being used ATM, the local patch
for ti-sgx-ddk-km to handle AGL toolchain naming has been updated
to ease testing meta-ti updates down the road.
- The Weston bbappend that had been based on meta-arago's has been
removed for now. A re-evaluation of what is needed locally will
need to be done when TI have their Weston 10.0.0 support settled.

Apply updates from running the new convert-variable-renames script
from upstream, plus a few manual tweaks to the sample BB_DISKMON_DIRS
configuration in the sample local.conf files to match the changes
made in upstream. There are a few things outside of BitBake variables
that the script still complains about that will need to be addressed
in follow up changes.

This is mostly the result of running a slightly customized version
of the convert-overrides.py script from poky with additional
overrides added. A few minor fixups were done by hand afterwards
during a review of the changes.
The intent of these changes is to minimize the effort to keep the
"next" branch that builds against poky master up to date and tested
in preparation for the switch to the next Yocto LTS release in
early 2022.

After reviewing what all machines actually specify as 'extra', the conclusion was
that the actual 'default' is 'wic.xz' .
Consequently make this the new default and remove it from the board configs.

* The libgbm recipe has disappeared. "virtual/libgbm" is now provided by
ti-sgx-ddk-um.
* Update ti-sgx-ddk-km and adapt the AGL toolchain support to fit with
the upstream Makefile changes.

After updating the meta-ti layer to the ti2019.03 release, the
'omapdrm-pvr' package will no longer be defined. As the recipe is
already called 'ti-sgx-ddk-km' this change can be applied before
updating meta-ti.

Introduce a new wks file, sdimage-bootpart-uuid.wks that differs from
sdimage-bootpart.wks in that it uses --use-uuid rather than --ondisk as
PARTUUID is more portable and we do not use busybox mount in our images.

- When we are using a WIC image, we should compress it (xz), provide a
sha256sum of the compressed image and provide a bmap file for the
uncompressed image.
- Ensure that in these targets we are listing WIC as the
AGL_EXTRA_IMAGE_FSTYPES to be used.
- Based on the Beaglebone example, add WIC support for dra7xx-evm. The
only change from Beaglebone is that we must also include uEnv.txt as
this is what controls the DTB for the correct LCD.

local.conf is evaluated first before the distro configuration. This caused issues while parsing the
IMAGE_FSTYPES. The same set of IMAGE_FSTYPES did not throw the same switches deep in the other recipes.
We define
AGL_EXTRA_IMAGE_FSTYPES and AGL_EXTRA_INITRAMFS_FSTYPES for use in conf/local.conf or the device templates
which are added early on-top of the defaults:
AGL_DEFAULT_IMAGE_FSTYPES ?= "tar.xz ext4.xz" (tar.xz for direct use, ext4.xz for direct use and CI)
AGL_DEFAULT_INITRAMFS_FSTYPES ?= "ext4.gz" (format for initramfs/initrd with smack labels)
Both sets can be overridden in the device configuration / template.
Device templates have been adapted accordingly.

This adds the machine templates for the beaglebone board.
The beaglebone is a YP reference system with very good
support out-of-the box. It might be too slow for the
graphical demos, but could serve well in headless setups.
