	After RCAR BSP 4.7.0, m3ulcb and h3ulcb (without kingfisher layer) does not have audio after BSP Update. 	The meta-rcar has a patch that change the name of the sound card. Reintroduce the Cogent layer "meta-rcar" into AGL mean adjust the sound card name.
