Changes:
- Update machine template to point into new meta-ti-bsp layer in the
meta-ti repository, and update the dynamic layer directory name to
match.
- meta-ti currently does not have Weston 10.0.0 support, and testing
confirms it will not build against the currently provided version
of the SGX GPU driver, so disable using it for now.
- Even though the GPU driver is not being used ATM, the local patch
for ti-sgx-ddk-km to handle AGL toolchain naming has been updated
to ease testing meta-ti updates down the road.
- The Weston bbappend that had been based on meta-arago's has been
removed for now. A re-evaluation of what is needed locally will
need to be done when TI have their Weston 10.0.0 support settled.

This is mostly the result of running a slightly customized version
of the convert-overrides.py script from poky with additional
overrides added. A few minor fixups were done by hand afterwards
during a review of the changes.
The intent of these changes is to minimize the effort to keep the
"next" branch that builds against poky master up to date and tested
in preparation for the switch to the next Yocto LTS release in
early 2022.

Changes:
- Rename weston bbappend for weston 8.0.0 in dunfell.
- meta-ti now requires the meta-arm layer as the upstream source of
the optee recipe, so add it to bblayers.conf in the machine
templates. This is dependent on a manifest update to add meta-arm.

Update weston bbappend orginally from meta-arago/meta-arago-distro to
work with zeus. The new weston_7.0.0.bbappend is based on the version
from meta-arago's zeus branch as of commit 9646a5e, with some edits to
remove unneeded patches after discussion with the meta-ti / meta-arago
maintainer.

We can drop the changes for the compositor to support RGB565 as this is now
upstream. The other compositor patch is no longer relevant. The soc
performance patch needs additional work to link but is also not required for
overall functionality so leave that broken. For the rest of the patches we
just need to make minor changes about the location of the source files now as
the code has reorganized since the patches were written.

ivi-controller
The meta-arago layer included a number of ivi shell patches that are
not needed in AGL. One multi screen patch conflicts with another
bbappend causing build issues as it's already included by a less
specific layer. Further, the added "simple TI layout controller",
autolaunch, and screenshooter features are all unneeded in AGL. These
are removed to reduce the amount of non-essential patches we carry within
AGL. As a result of this, all weston.ini directives which use the
"simple TI layout controller" directives are removed and weston.ini
is switched to use the standard ivi-controller so that WindowManager may
run and access the ILM API. The end result is that WindowManager and
HomeScreen may now be launched after boot successfully.
