After updating the meta-ti layer to the TI CoreSDK 08.00.00.004 release,
the patch to the ti-sgx-ddk-km recipe (aka PowerVR drivers) needs
refreshing.

This is mostly the result of running a slightly customized version
of the convert-overrides.py script from poky with additional
overrides added. A few minor fixups were done by hand afterwards
during a review of the changes.
The intent of these changes is to minimize the effort to keep the
"next" branch that builds against poky master up to date and tested
in preparation for the switch to the next Yocto LTS release in
early 2022.

Refactor the kernel configuration fragment handling to shift all AGL
applied configuration fragments into a new AGL_KCONFIG_FRAGMENTS
variable that is used to generate SRC_URI and KERNEL_CONFIG_FRAGMENTS
additions for the various BSPs. The intent is to make it simple to
disable AGL provided configuration in downstream builds as the IC EG
has expressed as a requirement. Additionally, the rework has allowed
for some clean up of accumulated cruft.
In practice, clearing AGL_KCONFIG_FRAGMENTS drops all non-BSP provided
kernel configuration with the exception of some qemu BSP related
additions required for AGL CI and some explicitly configurable things
like netboot support.
Notable changes:
- Instead of always using AGL's own fragment merging logic on top of
the BSP kernel recipe, an effort is now made to leverage the BSP
recipes' own merging schemes, so there are now separate include
files for kernel-yocto.bbclass and plain kernel.bbclass based kernel
recipes, as well as a common include file that defines the
AGL_KCONFIG_FRAGMENTS variable and its derivations. That file can
be included directly in bbappends for BSP kernel recipes that use
the KERNEL_CONFIG_FRAGMENTS scheme (e.g. meta-ti, meta-qcom).
- The SMACK enabling configuration in meta-app-framework has been
updated to supply different fragments for enabling SMACK by default
for 4.x and 5.x kernels. This removes a warning from always
supplying the old configuration, and allows providing a CONFIG_LSM
definition to ensure over-riding any BSP modifications.
This allows removing the previous hack to handle CONFIG_LSM being
set in the defconfigs in linux-raspberrypi.
- By request, the linux-yocto support from meta-agl-bsp/meta-core has
been rationalized into meta-agl-core to improve the experience when
using meta-agl-core standalone for testing.
- All demo supporting kernel configuration has been removed, a
subsequent change to meta-agl-demo will add it there by leveraging
AGL_KCONFIG_FRAGMENTS.
- The hardware device support has been split out of the can-bus.cfg
fragment, in favor of shifting it to meta-agl-demo. A few other
stray non-CAN configuration options have also been removed from
can-bus.cfg, as they do not seem to be required.

Remove dra7xx-evm machine template and related BSP configuration
tweaks. The configuration is stale and untested, and no one has
expressed interest in it for long enough that it seems better to
just remove it to avoid confusion about support status.

The recent layer reorganization broke the landscape vs portrait scheme
based on bbappend'ing the weston-ini-conf recipe in the previous cluster
and html5 demo layers. To fix this and to facilitate being able to
easily build the mix of demo platform images, the weston.ini generation
mechanism in the weston-ini-conf has been revised to build multiple
packages.
Instead of relying on SRC_URI to install weston.ini fragments into
WORKDIR and grabbing all of them with a *.cfg glob, an explicit list
built from new WESTON_FRAGMENTS and WESTON_DISPLAYS variables is used.
The fragments listed in WESTON_FRAGMENTS are used to generate both
weston-ini-conf and weston-ini-conf-landscape packages containing
uniquely named files (weston.ini.default and weston.ini.landscape,
respectively), and the OE update-alternatives mechanism is used to have
weston.ini point at the appropriate file on installation. For now, the
two packages are explicitly marked as incompatible with one another,
but this could be tweaked in the future if switching between them on
target is desired.
Additional notes:
- A RPROVIDES of "weston-ini" has been defined for the weston-ini-conf
packages and a RDEPENDS on it added to weston-init. This should
allow members to drop in a complete alternative solution while still
having a dependency chain.
- The various meta-agl-bsp bbappends of weston-ini-conf have for the
most part been updated to yield the same behavior as before, though
with an eye towards using machine overrides to ease multiconfig usage
down the road. This includes the currently unused Raspberry Pi
touchscreen support, which has been left since it may still see use.
- An exception to the above, however, is that the support for the
touchscreen on the dra7 EVM has been removed, as upstream dropped the
support for the screen on the available test hardware and at present
it only seems feasible to support external HDMI monitors.
- The unused fbdev fragment used to support meta-freescale in the past
has been removed.
- The virtual and virtual-landscape fragments have been renamed to
virtual-270 and virtual-0 to better indicate the orientation and match
the naming used for the other fragments. It is likely that future
work will need to split the display enabling and orientation aspects,
as the current tying together of the two results in configurations
somewhat overly specific to the actual AGL demo systems.

Changes:
- Rename weston bbappend for weston 8.0.0 in dunfell.
- meta-ti now requires the meta-arm layer as the upstream source of
the optee recipe, so add it to bblayers.conf in the machine
templates. This is dependent on a manifest update to add meta-arm.

Update weston bbappend orginally from meta-arago/meta-arago-distro to
work with zeus. The new weston_7.0.0.bbappend is based on the version
from meta-arago's zeus branch as of commit 9646a5e, with some edits to
remove unneeded patches after discussion with the meta-ti / meta-arago
maintainer.

Disable building the EGLWLMockNavigation in wayland-ivi-extension to
avoid needing to patch it to build for the TI platforms. This fixes
the issue of meta-agl-bsp/meta-ti breaking non-graphics profile builds
like the telematics profile, and seems reasonable since there are no
known users inside AGL. Since it is no longer needed, also remove the
offending patch from meta-agl-bsp/meta-ti.

The commit of the omap5-sgx-ddk-linux git repository used by the
ti-sgx-ddk-km recipe is changed by recent commits to meta-ti to
introduce generic support for armel (soft-float) targets. This conflicts
with the existing patch in meta-agl which adds support for our
toolchain.
The simplest fix is to pin to a working commit by setting SRCREV to the
previous commit on the same branch. This is the same commit that is
currently used and so it won't have any effect until the meta-ti layer
itself is updated.

The git history shows that the weston-ini-conf changes in
meta-agl-bsp/meta-ti were added to support the dra7xx-evm.
These changes should not be applied for other machines which use the
meta-ti layer such as the beaglebone and bbe.

Since the agl demo is now using wayland-ivi-extension
v2.0.2 everything related to v1.13.0 should be removed.
That means all bitbake recipes and also the used patch
files.

The way that the PM firmware for these devices is built takes very
specific steps to only get the cross-compiler provided by OE and almost
nothing else. Unfortunately when we build with the security_flags.inc
file in our distro this changes some of the default behavior of the
compiler and in turn we need to make sure to disable this and go back to
the default behavior.

- All kernel recipes must inherit linux-agl.inc
- All kernel recipes for a given version (e.g. 4.9) should include
linux-VER-agl.inc in order to avoid duplication (such as the SMACK
label patch or security fixes)
- We enforce having merge_config.sh be invoked at the end, in order to
make sure fragments will be applied.
- Add a new fragment for Raspberry Pi to ensure the Pi Touchscreen is
still enabled.
With all of the above, we fix a number of minor issues as well, such as
platforms manually enabling NBD/RAMDISK for netboot as the previous
logic was not working in all cases.

Switch to constructing the weston.ini from fragments of files instead of
variables and variable flags. This allows for much easier tracking of
signatures by leveraging existing mechanisms. Update the Readme to
explain how to do the various operations with fragments as well. Note
that for QEMU we do not need to pass -show-cursor as it's already
provided and we do want to change the VGA driver to one that reliably
provides DRM support.
For the HDMI connected screens, rather than name them by vendor name
them first for connection and then required transformation for correct
orientation.
For board-specific options, move them to the board directories.
When we need to change existing cfg options, rather than replace them
the proper location to do this in is the do_configure function.

meta-ti does not maintain a pyro branch. As such we are
relying on building with the master branch. This broke
due to commit 391bfb8c3002bbf5ba6a51d689a7f2ba511c6682
which removes support for linux-dtb.inc from the
linux-ti-staging recipe due to an oe-core change on
master. Add linux-dtb.inc to the bbappend to fix.

We can drop the changes for the compositor to support RGB565 as this is now
upstream. The other compositor patch is no longer relevant. The soc
performance patch needs additional work to link but is also not required for
overall functionality so leave that broken. For the rest of the patches we
just need to make minor changes about the location of the source files now as
the code has reorganized since the patches were written.

The rpm backend used in pyro changed behaviour and if multiple packages 'own' a directory
the installation will fail. Inject a flag to mitigate this and avoid the break.
Conflicting packages libgbm-dev and ti-sgx-ddk-um-dev on /usr/lib/pkgconfig .

dra7xx-evm currently does not initialize graphics correctly because
the PVR SGX services are not loaded at the correct time. Add a systemd
service which executes the script from the TI DDK before psplash and
weston are started. This fixes dra7xx-evm so that HomeScreen comes up
on boot.

The change in commit 7d1d7457ff2b71abe95525b26148d5a3e7a42790
to dynamically generate weston.ini in the weston-ini-conf package
threw away the working weston.ini conf provided for dra7xx-evm.
This resulted in incorrect rotation of the image on the LCD since
dra7xx-evm builds were only picking up the default weston-ini-conf
.ini file contents for a generic HDMI display. Overriding the
output name with the correct drm rendering device name fixes this
and the image is displayed again in portrait mode.

The ALSA controls for the onboard tlv320aic3106 codec do not come
up with usable default settings for the dra7xx-evm analog audio
jacks. Add asound.state defaults for the dra7xx-evm baseboard
audio that properly configure the Line DACL1/R1 and PGA MicL1/R1
switches and accordingly gain levels such that the Line-Out and
Microphone jacks are functional by default.

pulseaudio, by default, chooses
alsa_output.platform-omap-hdmi-audio.0.auto.analog-stereo as the
default sink. This is not desired since the HDMI is not normally
used as the dra7xx-evm includes an LCD. Configure the CPU board's
alsa_output.platform-sound0.analog-stereo (Line-Out/Headphone)
as the default sink and configure the default source too.

Apart from upgrading to 1.8.2 as the base, it also contains
