2020-08-31	Remove replaced windowmanager recipes and runxdg	Jan-Simon Möller	1	-4/+0
	agl-service-windowmanager, libwindowmanager and qlibwindowmanager are deprecated. Runxdg is using these and no longer required. Also remove qtaglextras.
