2017-02-19Add template for Altera Cyclone5Jan-Simon Möller2-0/+4
This adds a first template for the Altera cyclone5 board. The build is not yet complete (failing on some gcc6 issue in qtmultimedia-rtlfm-radio-plugin). A few notes: CFLAGS/Tunings are set to -mfpu=softfp compared to the hardfp of all the other target boards we have.
