On 32bit system,
After upgrade glibc to 2.31

ioctl(1, TCGETS, {B115200 opost isig icanon echo ...}) = 0

close(1) = 0
close(2) = 0
exit_group(0) = ?
+++ exited with 0 +++
It means the clock_settime64 syscall is used, so
add the syscall.
