rcar-gen3: arm-trusted-firmware: Support Ebisu 1GB DRAM as default
The new version of arm-trusted-firmware sets the default build
for Ebisu 2GB DRAM board which is not supported.
This commit switches the build option back to Ebisu 1GB DRAM.
