rcar-gen3: kernel-module-adsp: Enable build target for E3 board
E3 build target board was disabled default in Kbuild configuration:
DTARGET_BOARD_E3=0
This commit sets "DTARGET_BOARD_E3=1" automatically when target
board is E3.
