[COMMUNITY] Remove hard path from /gstreamer1.0-omx
* replace "/usr/local" with path "${RENESAS_DATADIR}" using:
RENESAS_DATADIR = "/usr/local"
- meta-rcar-gen3/include/rcar-gen3-path-common.inc
