SPEC-3132: upsquare does not have dtbicefish_8.99.5icefish/8.99.58.99.5
Asking dtb for upsquare lead to utils/job-prereq.py crash since x86
machines does not have dtb.
This patch made upsquare to use FILE_MAP_X86
