refactor(config.xml.in):Replace required api with required bindingnext
Appfw docs:
"required-api local": OBSOLETE SINCE FF (AGL6), PROVIDED FOR
COMPATIBILITY.Use the feature urn:AGL:widget:required-binding instead.
