Fix layout issuesneedlefish_13.93.0needlefish/13.93.013.93.0

Fixes:
- Tweak the top image anchoring and scaling so it is not covered by
  the control bar.
- Tweak some item preferred heights to match the layout of the
  mediaplayer, and unify the control bar position in the two apps at
  a position closer to mid-screen.
