Update dependencies in README.md
Remove mentions of libdbus, add systemd and openssl. Mention Ubuntu 16.04 and Fedora 23 as reference systems. Add dependencies helper for both. Signed-off-by: Manuel Bachmann <manuel.bachmann@iot.bzh>
