Fix AFB_SESSION_CREATE behaviour
This commit allows to call methods having AFB_SESSION_CREATE
at any time.
This commit prepares the future LOA (level of authorization)
implementation that wille soon replace the deprecated mechanism
of AFB_SESSION_CREATE.
