This patch updates the NetworkManager binary to version v3.0.4.
Additionally, configuration scripts are added and updated to
match the camera setup.

This patch updates the OptoLyzerMoccaApp executable. It is needed to have the
scan codes received from the attached iDrive properly processed and forwarded
to uinput.

This patch adds an updated OptoLyzerMoccaApp to the binary blob that
generates the release key scan codes for events triggered by the
iDrive. The patch is needed to be able to navigate through the UI
with the attached iDrive.

This patch updates the MOST Linux Driver's kernel objects inside the
binary blob of the staging area. The .ko files have been compiled for
the porter target.
