Goal is to reach a minimal meta-agl-core as base for IVI and IC work at the same time.
Trim dependencies and move most 'demo' related recipes to meta-agl-demo.

Description:
This patch is part 1 out of 2 large patches that implement the layer rework
discussed during the previous workshop. Essentially meta-agl-core is the
small but versatile new core layer of AGL serving as basis for
the work done by the IC and IVI EGs.
All demo related work is moved to meta-agl-demo in the 2nd patchset.
This should be applied together as atomic change.
The resulting meta-agl/* follows these guidelines:
- only bsp adaptations in meta-agl-bsp
- remove the agl-profile-* layers for simplicity
-- the packagegroup-agl(-profile)-graphical and so on
have been kept in meta-agl-demo
- meta-agl-profile-core is now meta-agl-core
- meta-agl-core does pass yocto-check-layer
-- therefore use the bbappend + conditional + .inc file
construct found in meta-virtualization
- meta-agl/meta-security has been merged into meta-agl/meta-app-framework
- meta-netboot does pass yocto-check-layer
- meta-pipewire does pass yocto-check-layer
Migration:
All packagegroups are preserved but they're now enabled by 'agl-demo'.

Fix lightmediascanner systemd service to avoiding a race
condition with /var/volatile/tmp on the first boot by running it
after run-agl-postinsts.service. Furhtermore, for extra safety,
a restart on failure has been added.

Since lightmediascanner is now a system service it shouldn't
scan user directories of the running user. For any demo uses
of preloaded media it should be put in a directory under /media

On runtime the agl-service-mediaplayer needs to access the sqlite3
database from lightmediascanner. Thus the database needs to be
in an accessible location, and with the correct permissions.

it should run only once in the system dbus session.

The agl-service-radio relies on gstreamer. Unfortunately the gstreamer recipe is currently
setup to also pull-in wayland (due to a compile-flag if wayland is in DISTRO_FEATURES).
To keep the distro aligned, we don't want to change the DISTRO_FEATURES between the profiles, thus we
move the agl-service radio to the graphical profile where we include weston anyway by default.
For now this means there is no radio service (or mediaplayer service) w/o wayland installed as well.
In case we get this requirement, we'll have to work on the gstreamer recipe and its split.

v3: put packagegroup-agl-graphical-multimedia.bbappend in graphical profile (not the best place IMHO)
This fixes the non-graphical build.

Lightmediascanner runs for one user and should not be able
to look over the the shoulder of other users. So it should
not run as root anymore.
At the moment, lightmediascanner is a user daemon started in the
user session by systemd, without capabilities but with the Smack
label "System".
To allow the service-mediascanner to access its database,
the db must be set in a specific place with the User::App-shared
label.

- Set intel-corei7-64 preferred kernel version to 4.19 to match
latest linux-intel kernel available in meta-intel
- Update qemuarm preferred kernel version to 4.18 to match latest
linux-yocto
- Update firmware package and devicetree file names for raspberrypi3
- Remove linux-firmware bbappend specific to raspberrypi, it seems no
longer required and breaks the cross SDK build

failure was cynara's post-install script failing and its database
not being created.

- Add patches to fix most driver compilation against newer kernels

- Remove libssp-dev from agl-image-graphical-qt5-crosssdk and
agl-demo-platform-html5-crosssdk, upstream have removed it from

To prevent using a corrupted SQLite3 database that is possible with cheap USB media it is
better to generate on every bootup.

This interferes with the default.pa that is shipped in
meta-audio-4a-framework (unload modules fails because the
modules are not loaded).

This is the last larger commit in this series and deals with the graphical part.
We introduce the graphical profiles:
- meta-agl-profile-graphical
-- meta-agl-profile-graphical-html5
-- meta-agl-profile-graphical-qt5
Notable changes:
- weston-ini-conf moved to the meta-agl-bsp layer. Most BSPs have bbappends, so we need to have the recipes present (but unused) even in the console images.
- new image: agl-image-boot = terminal-only + network + package-manaager. Ready for using package-feeds
- new image/sdk: agl-image-minimal-crosssdk
- agl-service-mediaplayer has a dependency on weston, thus it cannot be in the 'core'. Moved it to profile-graphical.
- The wayland-ivi-extension moved to the agl-demo-platform.
- The app-framework layer included and pulled 'web-runtime' as dependency. This broke console-only images. This has been moved to be in meta-agl-demo only for now.
- added and massaged the agl-features.
- found and added a useful script 'oe-depends-dot' that helps to work with the dot files (produced with bitbake -g)
Todo:
- we'll need another pass through the packagegroups. The dependencies for the layers/profiles are now sorted-out but we might have to add/shuffle a few packages.

Main goal of this is to move the agl-service-* bindings into the core and to
unify common recipes like wayland/weston into meta-agl-profile-graphical.
As a placeholder for recipes is meta-agl-profile-demo which are being reshuffled.
TLDR: agl-service move to meta-agl-profile-core. wayland/weston moves to meta-agl-profile-graphical.
This patchset needs the 2nd patchset of the series to build (meta-agl-demo).

Rework towards agl profiles.
This change is part of a series of changes to create the
AGL profiles.
This set will mainly introduce the 'core' profile.
It is setup to be a drop-in change, thus some files were kept
in (dummy) locations for now.
However, they'll be taken care of in the next changes in this series.
The main target of the meta-agl-profile-core layer is to host:
- a minimal, bootable image with network and package management enabled
-- agl-image-boot
- a minimal image with network and packagemanagement and the AGL APIs
-- agl-image-minimal
The layer meta-agl-profile-graphical is used as superset of these
and includes support for egl+wayland+weston. All recipes concerning
graphics were moved there. This is not a full profile as we still have
to migrate some parts of meta-agl-demo in a follow-up changeset.
The roadmap as discussed during the F2F session in Karlsruhe is:
- week 16 : core profile and profiles w/o graphics
- week 17 : graphical profiles
- week 18 : final conversion of the demo image
